Project Overview

This project showcases one of Conner Construction’s most impressive transformations. A full lower-level basement and outdoor living remodel designed to elevate the way this family lives, hosts, and enjoys their home.

The basement was converted into a finished, multi-functional retreat complete with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a combined living and dining area, and an architecturally stunning wellness space featuring a sauna, cold plunge, steam shower, and gym. Outdoors, the team expanded the property with a custom-built wood pergola, fully furnished pool house, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and thoughtful design details that make the space feel like a private resort.

From craftsmanship to functionality, every inch of this project communicates luxury, innovation, and the high-level precision Conner Construction brings to their work.

Producer notes

What stood out during filming was the homeowners’ vision for a space that could support gatherings, relaxation, and the daily rhythms of an active family. Their lifestyle emphasized hosting, wellness, and creating an environment that felt like an escape. All elements that shaped how this story was filmed.

The wellness center required special attention: the sauna, cold plunge, and steam shower demanded precise installation to protect surrounding materials. Featuring these details visually emphasized Conner Construction’s technical expertise and ability to manage complex builds.

The outdoor spaces offered opportunities for sweeping drone shots, capturing Utah’s breathtaking scenery and the seamless integration of indoor-outdoor living.

This project was a videographer’s dream. Every room had something worth highlighting, and the home’s natural beauty guided the shot list.

Creative Approach

Because this video relies entirely on visuals, the creative direction was intentionally cinematic and immersive. The goal was to make viewers feel like they were walking through the home and experiencing the transformation for themselves. The final piece presents the project as both a functional living space and a work of art.
