Project Context
This project focuses on capturing the story behind Conner Construction. Highlighting the builder’s background, values, and approach to their work. For smaller, owner-led builders, the person behind the business is often one of the biggest differentiators, but that isn’t always clearly communicated online.
The Problem
Without the visibility, the decision comes down to surface-level comparisons rather than a deeper understanding of the builder. While the quality of work speaks for itself, potential clients don’t always get a clear sense of:

- What it’s like to work with them
The Strategy
The goal was to make the builder more visible and relatable. This allows potential clients to understand both the person and the process behind the work. We focused on creating a video that:
