Project Context
This project focuses on breaking down Long Island Creative Contracting’s approach to remodeling. Giving potential clients a clear understanding of how projects are planned, managed, and executed. For many homeowners, the remodeling process can feel complex and uncertain, especially when there isn’t a clear picture of what to expect.
The Problem
Without visibility into the process, potential clients are left with questions. When these questions aren’t answered early, it creates hesitation and slows down the decision-making process.
- What happens after I reach out?
- How is the project structured from start to finish?
- How does the team communicate and stay organized?
- What should I expect throughout each phase?
The Strategy
The goal was to make the process clear and easy to understand. This allows the remodeler to communicate their process consistently without relying on one-on-one explanations. We focused on creating a video that:
- Walks through the remodeling process step by step
- Explains how projects are planned and executed
- Reinforces organization, communication, and structure
- Helps potential clients feel more confident before reaching out

The Execution
We created a process explainer video built around a structured walkthrough of LICC’s approach. Combining on-camera explanation with supporting visuals from real projects. The final piece is designed to feel clear, straightforward, and aligned with how the company operates.
The Role of the Video
This type of video functions as sales support content. Helping potential clients understand how the remodeler operates before the first conversation. By making the process visible, it reduces uncertainty, builds trust, and leads to more informed and confident decisions.

This is how video supports a builder's business
Not by generating attention, but by improving how decisions are made.
