This project was designed to showcase a high-end custom home remodel that highlights the level of craftsmanship, design detail, and overall experience the builder delivers. For builders operating in the luxury space, perception plays a critical role in attracting the right type of client.
The Problem
While the finished project itself speaks for the quality of work, that doesn’t always translate online. Without that, potential clients don’t fully understand what sets the builder apart.
Photos alone can show the result, but they don’t communicate:
- The scale of the home
- The flow of the space

The Strategy
The goal wasn’t just to document the project. It was to position it. We focused on creating a video that:
