This project captures a client’s experience working with Conner Construction that focuses on the relationship, communication, and overall process from the client’s perspective. For builders, the experience they provide is just as important as the final result, but that isn’t always clearly visible to potential clients.
The Problem
While builders can describe their process and quality, that message carries more weight when it comes directly from a client. Without a clear example, trust has to be built entirely through conversation. Without that perspective, potential clients are left to wonder:
- What it’s actually like to work with the builder
- How communication is handled throughout the project
- Whether the experience matches the finished result
The Strategy
The goal was to let the client speak for the builder. This allows the message to come across as authentic and relatable. We focused on creating a testimonial that:
