Project Context
This project captures a client’s experience after completing a full home remodel located on the Long Island Sound. For large-scale renovations like this, the finished result is important, but the experience of getting there is what ultimately builds trust with future clients.
The Problem
Without hearing directly from the homeowner, that level of trust has to be built entirely through conversation. While the completed home reflects the quality of the work, potential clients don’t automatically understand
- What it was like to go through a full renovation
- How the remodeler handled communication and coordination
- Whether the experience matched the final result
The Strategy
The goal was to let the client’s experience speak for the project. This allows potential clients to understand not just the result, but what it’s like to go through a project of this scale. We focused on creating a testimonial that:
- Reflects on the full remodeling journey
- Highlights the client’s perspective on communication, process, and outcome
- Feels natural and unscripted
- Reinforces the quality of both the work and the experience

The Execution
We created a testimonial video centered around a guided conversation. Allowing the client to speak openly about their experience while supporting it with visuals of the completed home along the Long Island Sound. The final piece combines personal insight with visual context, creating a clear and credible narrative.
The Role of the Video
This type of video functions as trust-building content. Giving potential clients a real perspective on what it’s like to complete a full home renovation with the remodeler. By hearing directly from a homeowner who has gone through the process, it helps reduce uncertainty and builds confidence before the first conversation.

This is how video supports a builder's business
Not by generating attention, but by improving how decisions are made.
