Project Context
This project features a highly unique renovation: transforming an airplane hanger into a custom, functional space. Projects like this go beyond standard residential work, requiring creativity, precision, and the ability to execute within unconventional constraints.
The Problem
While the uniqueness of the project naturally draws attention, that alone doesn’t communicate the level of detail and thought behind the remodel. Without that context, the project risks being seen as a novelty rather than a demonstration of capability. Photos can capture moments, but they don’t fully convey:
- The transformation from original state to finished result
- The complexity of working within a confined structure
- The craftsmanship required to bring the concept to life
- The overall experience of the space
The Strategy
The goal was to position the project as more than just unique, but as a reflection of the remodeler’s ability to execute complex, creative work. This allows the viewer to understand both the vision and the execution behind the remodel. We focused on creating a video that:
- Highlights the transformation and key design elements
- Captures the constraints and structure of the space
- Emphasizes the craftsmanship involved in the renovation
- Presents the project in a way that reinforces capability, not just creativity

the Execution
The final piece presents the renovation as a cohesive, well-executed project rather than just an unconventional concept. We created a cinematic project showcase video designed to:
- Guide the viewer through the space
- Capture both wide perspectives and detailed elements
- Emphasize the uniqueness without losing focus on quality
The Role of the Video
This type of video functions as project showcase content that helps potential clients see not only the uniqueness of the project, but the remodeler’s ability to execute detailed, non-traditional work. By presenting both the transformation and the craftsmanship, it positions the remodeler as capable of handling complex and creative builds.

Short-Form Reel
While the long-form builds authority, the Reel extends visibility. The short-form version captures attention quickly, highlights key craftsmanship moments, and invites viewers to explore the full project narrative. In specialty renovations like this, short-form content functions as the entry point. Expanding awareness and driving audiences toward deeper engagement. Together, both formats ensure the project continues working across multiple touchpoints.
This is how video supports a builder's business
Not by generating attention, but by improving how decisions are made.
