Project Context
Jackson Design & Remodeling has built a strong reputation through their in-person seminars and use them as a primary way to educate potential clients and generate new projects.
These seminars are a key part of how they move prospects from initial interest into serious consideration.
The Problem
While the seminars themselves were effective, there was a disconnect before people ever attended. Without that clarity, committing to attend felt like a risk, which limited conversion from awareness to sign-ups.
Potential clients didn’t fully understand:
- What the seminar covered
- What they would gain from attending
- Why it was worth their time
The Strategy
The goal wasn’t just to “promote” the seminar. It was to remove hesitation. By addressing this upfront, the video helps potential clients make a more confident decision.
We focused on creating a video that answers the questions prospects already have before they sign up:
- What is this seminar actually about?
- What will I learn?
- Is this relevant to my situation?

The Execution
The video was built to be used across landing pages, email, and social to support the seminar as an ongoing lead source.
We created a seminar overview video designed to:
- Clearly explain the structure of the seminar
- Highlight the value attendees receive
- Set expectations for the experience
The Role of the Video
This video acts as a conversion tool, not just a promotional asset.
Instead of relying on text alone, it gives potential clients a clearer understanding of what they’re signing up for and helps reduce friction and increase attendance.

This is how video supports a builder's business
Not by generating attention, but by improving how decisions are made.
