Project Context
This project focuses on capturing a client’s experience working with Jackson Design & Remodeling that highlights not just the finished result, but the process, communication, and overall relationship throughout the project. For builders and remodelers, trust is one of the most important factors in a client’s decision, and that trust is often best communicated through real experiences.
The Problem
While builders and remodelers can speak to their own quality and process, that message carries more weight when it comes from the client. Without a clear, relatable example, trust has to be built entirely through conversation. Without that perspective, potential clients are left to interpret:
- What it’s actually like to work with the remodeler
- How the team communicates and operates
- Whether the experience matches the final result
The Strategy
The goal was to let the client tell the story. This allows the message to come across as authentic, rather than promotional. We focused on creating a testimonial that:
- Highlights the client’s experience from start to finish
- Emphasizes communication, process, and outcomes
- Feels natural and unscripted
- Reflects the values and standards of the remodeler

The Execution
We created a client testimonial video centered around a guided conversation that allows the client to speak openly about their experience while supporting it with visuals from the completed project. The final piece balances storytelling with visual reinforcement, creating a clear and relatable narrative.
The Role of the Video
This type of video functions as trust-building content that gives potential clients a real perspective on what it’s like to work with the remodeler. By hearing directly from someone who has gone through the process, it helps reduce uncertainty and builds confidence before the first conversation.

This is how video supports a builder's business
Not by generating attention, but by improving how decisions are made.
